Return Policy
At PiccolaShoes, we understand that finding the perfect fit for petite feet can be challenging. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our collection of small size women's shoes. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Here's how:
Key Return & Refund Conditions:
- Return Period: Within 30 days of receipt.
- Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are returnable. The 30-day return window begins from the date you receive the item, not from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and in original, undamaged packaging.
- Damaged Returns: Items showing signs of wear or damage due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs or additional charges.
- Exchange Shipping Costs: For exchanges, customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
- Refund Exclusions: Delivery costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Sale Items: Items in sale can be returned for an exchange or a store credit which is valid for 3 months. Store credit will be issued to your account and sent to you via email.
DDP regions — returns & customs duties (effective 16 March 2026): For orders placed on or after 16 March 2026 shipped to the EU27, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong, we collect import duties and taxes at checkout (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). These fees are paid to customs authorities at the time of import and are non-refundable.
Refunds on DDP returns: If you return an item from a DDP order, we will refund the product price only. Import duties and taxes cannot be reclaimed once paid to customs authorities and will not be refunded.
Orders placed before 16 March 2026 were not charged duties and taxes at checkout. If your order is currently pending with customs or you have been asked to pay charges upon delivery, this is in line with the policy at the time of your purchase.
Rest of World — returns & customs duties: For all other destinations, import duties and taxes are not collected by PiccolaShoes at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Any such charges paid to your local customs authority upon delivery are non-refundable and outside of our control.
