Shipping Methods

  • UK Deliveries: Handled by Royal Mail or Evri.
  • International Deliveries: Managed by local couriers based on delivery type.

Please note that we do not deliver to post office boxes. Shipping costs for partial shipments will be charged only once.

  • In Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Pre-Order Items: Handmade to order, requiring up to 4 weeks for production (excluding delivery time).

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. PiccolaShoes is not liable for these charges as they vary by country.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

UK:

  • Standard: Free (10-15 working days)
  • Express: £15 (3-6 working days)

International:

  • Europe:
    • Standard: €20/$20 (15-20 business days)
    • Express: €30/$30 (4-11 business days)
  • USA +CAD:
    • Express: $32/48CAD (4-11 business days)

U.S. customs update: Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the de minimis exemption for international shipments. All goods imported into the United States are now subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance charges, regardless of value or country of origin.

U.S. orders: We ship all U.S. orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total—there are no additional charges upon delivery.

  • Rest of World:
    • Standard: $36 (15-20 business days)
    • Express: $73 (4-11 business days)

Delivery times: All delivery times are estimates and exclude public holidays and weekends. Delivery times do not include the production period for "Pre-Order" items, which can take up to 4 weeks.

Order tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Split shipments: Orders containing both "in stock" and "pre-order" items may arrive separately due to different warehouse locations.

Delays and liability: We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays. For further details, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions.

Cancellations: To cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us for any changes to your order.
