If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Here's how:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Damaged Returns: Items showing signs of wear or damage due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs or additional charges.
  • Refund Exclusions: Delivery costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Sale Items: Items in sale can be returned for an exchange or a store credit which is valid for 3 months.

Returns & Customs Duties - USA 

For orders shipped to the USA, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties, taxes, and customs fees are paid by us as the seller.

If you return an item, we will refund the product price only. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these are paid by us to the customs authorities in the USA at the time of import and cannot be reclaimed.
