Our Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. It's very simple!

If you would like to initiate a return please contact us first before posting an item back to us.

Please bear in mind that PiccolaShoes will not accept payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges unless the product/s you received are faulty in which case we will reimburse the cost of return to us - please refer to the Refunds section below.

Any shoes or accessories returned to us that have been either lost or damaged in transit due to unsafe wrapping or lack of shipping insurance will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days from receiving a returned item to your original method of payment, providing the return conditions (see below) have been met.

Return Conditions:

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

  • Any items returned must be in their original unused/unworn condition and in its original packaging. 

  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that PiccolaShoes will not refund the cost of delivery to you or the cost of any returns to us (unless the item received is faulty).  

  • If the return is due to a fault or a damage, please first contact us and provide a photo evidence of the damage before posting the item back to us.


The refund period may vary between 3 and 7 working days from reception of your return at our warehouse. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, please get in touch with us before you return the product to us. Please remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to us. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding return postage.

**All Clearance/Sale Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund.**

Return Process:

  1. Please get in touch via the contact us form or email help@piccolashoes.com, stating your name, order number and the reason for a return.

  2. Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. You must state on this document whether you want to change the size or a refund and the corresponding articles.

  3. Use the following return address: PiccolaShoes, 12 Woodfall Avenue, EN5 2EZ, London.

  4. Go to the post office (you may also use a different courier service) and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels due to poor packaging or lack of shipping insurance.

The change of size or refund will be processed 3 to 14 working days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse. The refund will exclude shipping costs, where paid (with the exception of faulty items).
