Our Returns Policy

We are almost sure you will love your new petite shoes from PiccolaShoes. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. It's very simple!

KEY RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Orders can be returned within 30 days.
  • Sale items can be returned for exchange only.
  • Items must show no signs of ANY wear (including at home) and be in original undamaged packaging.
  • Items received worn, marked or damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted and refund will not be offered.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the order as well as any customs and/or charges applied to the return shipment.
  • Refunds exclude the cost of delivery to you or the cost of any returns to us (unless the item received was faulty) as well as any customs charges applied to the shipment.
  • All refunds will be processed within 7 days from receiving a returned item.

If you would like to initiate a return please contact us first before posting an item back to us.

Any shoes or accessories returned to us that have been either lost or damaged in transit due to unsafe wrapping or lack of shipping insurance will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days from receiving a returned item to your original method of payment, providing the return conditions listed above have been met.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please get in touch via the contact us form or email help@piccolashoes.com, stating your name, order number and the reason for a return.

  2. Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note. Please state whether you want to change the size or a refund and the corresponding articles. Please note sale items are eligible for an exchange only.

  3. Use the following return address:

  4. Go to the post office (you may also use a different courier service) and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels due to poor packaging or lack of shipping insurance.
