Our Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries within the UK are handled by either Royal Mail or Evri, while international deliveries are managed by our affiliate couriers, based on destination country and dependant on type of delivery chosen.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send shoes In Stock within 3 working days. Styles in our Pre-Order collection are handmade to order, thus it may take us up to 4 weeks to make them. This does not include the time to deliver the order to you.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, PiccolaShoes have no control over what these charges are, as custom and import policies vary from country to country. 

Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.


SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

UK:

  • FREE standard delivery (10 - 15 days)*
  • Express UK delivery: £15 (3 - 6 days)*

INTERNATIONAL:

Europe + USA:

  • Express: €28/$30 (4 - 11 days)*   

Rest of World:

  • Standard: $36 (15 - 20 days)*
  • Express: $73 (4 - 11 days)*       

      * Working days, this excludes public holidays and weekends.
      * Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

      Please note that the above shipping timelines exclude the time to make the shoes if you order from our "Made to Order" collection, which may take up to 4 weeks to create.

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your parcel tracking number.

      Some products may be shipped out separately and arrive on different time because we have warehouses in different locations. If your order contains both "in stock" and "made to order" items, you may receive 2 separate parcels at 2 separate times.

      CANCELLATIONS

      If you need to cancel your order,  please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Please contact us for any order changes request.
