Shipping Methods
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. All international orders are fulfilled either via Royal Mail or via Teleship using trusted local courier partners. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Processing Times
In-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days. Pre-order and made-to-order items require up to 4 weeks for production before dispatch. Please note that estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split into separate shipments.

Import Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP) for the following destinations:
- European Union (EU27)
- United States (US)
- Canada (CA)
- Australia (AU)
- New Zealand (NZ)
- Singapore (SG)
- Hong Kong (HK)
UK Orders: No import duties or taxes apply as we are based in the UK.
Note for US customers: All orders shipped to the United States are subject to duties and taxes at checkout, regardless of order value. There is no minimum threshold.
Rest of World: If your destination is not listed above, duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. Your order will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Liability
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations must be requested by email within 12 hours of placing your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on exchanges and returns.
