  • You have 30 days to return any un-worn shoes for refund or exchange
  • Delivery in the UK is FREE (10 to 15 business days) or £15 (3 to 6 business days)
  • International delivery is free over €200, otherwise €23 for standard shipping or €29 for express shipping - one delivery charge no matter how many products purchased.            
  • We deliver to all countries 
  • Customer pays for return delivery fees (but we deliver exchanges for free)

    Important Notes - SALES & COVID19


    During busy sale periods as well as in this difficult time we are facing due to Covid19 pandemic, the delivery time may be longer than normal.
    When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
    Some products may be shipped out separately and arrive on different time because we have warehouses in different locations. If your order contains both "in stock" and "made to order" item, you may receive 2 separate parcels.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order,  please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Please contact us for any order changes request.
